Some women and children are experiencing abuses hatreds and many more. In having a campaign for this VAWC or the Violence Against Women and Children where proclaimed.   The Philippine Government has participated in this worldwide campaign.           In the past years where different take the Philippines like the Spaniards, Japanese and Americans who stayed here for the long time the “Filipinas” in that time they suffered by being abuse or raped.
